2019-20 -- Cross Country: Didn’t enter any meets. Track: Spring 2020 season was cancelled; however, retains year of eligibility moving forward ... meanwhile, again earned Conference Commissioner’s Honors academically.

2018-19 -- Track: While making his second consecutive Conference All-Academic Team, again competed in two Big West Championship events: began the meet with an 11th-place 10,000-meter performance of 31:54.11 on May 10, before returning to Pauley Track for the 5,000m an evening later (adding a 24th-place 15:51.60 at UC Santa Barbara) ... recorded a season-best 5,000m effort of 14:55.10 at the Gaucho Tri-Meet (also against fellow conference rival UC Riverside) on March 9 ... ran the 3,000m once: good for 8:36.45 at the Blue-Green Rivalry road dual on April 27 en route to the postseason. Cross Country: Helped lead the Mustangs to the Big West title on Oct. 27 in Brea, as he covered the 8k Carbon Canyon Park finals course in 24:52.7 ... took ninth place individually at the Conference Championship, as Cal Poly lifted the trophy with a team score of 32 points ... advanced in the postseason to the NCAA Western Regional on Nov. 9 in Sacramento, where he took 69th place at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex with a 10k performance of 30:55.2 ... began the fall with a 10th-place 8k showing of 25:06.4 at the Covert Classic hosted by Cal State Fullerton on Sept. 1, before adding an eighth-place 25:19.6 at UCSB’s Lagoon Open on Sept. 15 & a 25th-place effort of 24:57.8 at the Stanford Invite Sept. 29 ... also during the regular season, traveled to Madison for the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals on Oct. 13, earning 190th place at the NCAA Preview by covering Zimmer Championship Course in 25:53.5 ... in addition, made the Big West All-Academic Team.

2017-18 -- Track: Represented the Mustangs in two events at the Big West Conference Championships as a true freshman, including tallying 3 team points thanks to a sixth-place 10,000-meter finish on May 11, as he helped Cal Poly dominate the event in a near-clean-sweep, with a performance of 34:02.66 ... returned to CSUN May 12 to clock a 5,000m effort of 14:53.23 — also a PR — good for 10th ... added a 3,000m PR at UCLA’s Invitational April 14, via a second-place 8:30.71. Cross Country: While redshirting, earned Big West Commissioner’s Honors academically.

Prep -- As a senior at Jesuit High School in Carmichael, finished seventh at the 2016 CIF Division 1 State Cross Country Championships, with a time of 15:27.6 ... added another 5k performance of 15:10.1 at the 2015 Stanford Invitational, earning fourth place ... in track season, came in sixth for the 3,200 meters at the 2017 Dublin Distance Festival with a performance of 9:23.29; also was 10th in the 3,200m at the Sac-Joaquin Section finals as a junior ... top 1,600m time was 4:27.0 ... helped lead the Marauders to a trio of Delta River League championships ... was an honors student and won the school’s 2017 Social Sciences Award.

Personal -- Also visited Boston College and Portland; chose Cal Poly because “it has a great fit of academic and athletic prowess” ... majors in Economics.
