2021-22 -- Cross Country: Cal Poly's top finisher in three of the five meets ... top finish was fifth in the Stump Invitational with a 6K time of 20:14.8 ... also was 13th in Bronco Invitational and 16th in Big West Conference Championships ... placed 54th in NCAA West Regional at Sacramento.
2020-21 -- Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. Indoor Season: Cal Poly did not compete in any indoor meets due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Outdoor T&F: Placed second in 5,000 at Big West Conference Championships with a time of 16:36.02 ... also was second in 10,000 at 35:28.89, helping Cal Poly to first-ever Big West team title ... personal-best time for 5,000 of 16:34.19 for ninth place in West Coast Relays ... for 10,000, personal best time of 34:42.24 for fourth place in Sound Running College Invitational ... placed first in Spring Break Invitational 5,000 at 17:14.16 and was second in 5,000 at Bryan Clay Invitational (17:03.54) ... earned Big West Conference All-Academic honors.
2019-20 -- Cross Country: Was selected as the Big West Conference Athlete of the Week on Sept. 17 ... her award came after she won the 39th annual UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 14, clocking a 6k time of 20:20.8 ... began her fall helping to lead the Mustangs to an 18-41 Blue-Green Rivalry win over UC Santa Barbara at the Gauchos’ Lagoon Open on Aug. 31, when she ran the 5k in 18:15.0 (good for fourth individually) ... earned another trip to the Big West medal stand on Nov. 2, when she came in sixth place individually at the Conference Championships (back at UCR), posting a performance of 20:52.7 ... went on to lead Cal Poly at the NCAA postseason, as she took 86th overall at the West Regional Championships hosted by Washington State in Colfax Nov. 15, via 21:27.1 ... in addition, made the Big West All-Academic Team for a second consecutive year. Indoor Season: Ran the mile in 5:00.03 at the Boise State Bronco Invite on Jan. 18, taking second place in Idaho ... also competed in the event (5:05.9; tallying seventh place) at the UNM Classic held in Albuquerque on Feb. 8. Outdoor Track: Spring 2020 season was cancelled; however, retains year of eligibility moving forward ... meanwhile, earned Conference Commissioner’s Highest Honors academically.
2018-19 -- Track: Scored a combined 6 points for the Mustangs at the Big West Championships held at UCSB on May 11 ... came in fifth place in the 1,500-meter Conference Final with a time of 4:33.80, before stepping back onto Pauley Track only two-and-a-half hours later to add a seventh-place performance in the 5,000 meters, at 17:20.59 ... also in Goleta, two weeks earlier at the Blue-Green dual against the Gauchos, earned a PR in the 1,500m: 4:33.41, good for third place ... also clocked a career-best 5,000m time at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 18, finishing second via 17:03.54 at Azusa Pacific ... during the winter, clocked an indoor 3,000m time of 10:22.03 at the Arkansas Qualifier Feb. 15, taking second place on SEC+ Network ... made the Big West All-Academic Team for a second season in a row. Cross Country: Helped lead the Mustangs to the Big West championship on Oct. 27 in Brea, as the squad won the title with 33 points ... came in 12th place individually at the finals, covering the 6k Carbon Canyon Park course in 22:16.1 as Cal Poly lifted the trophy ... advanced to the NCAA West Regional Championships again, finishing in 58th at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex in Sacramento on Nov. 9, in 21:07.4 for the postseason 6k ... began fall with a 17th-place 5k of 18:16.8 at Cal State Fullerton’s Covert Classic on Sept. 1 ... added a pair of 6k midseason performances at the Stanford Invitational (clocking a 22:49.2 — good for 70th overall — on Sept. 29) & Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (22:07.8, tallying 131st place in Madison Oct. 13) ... in addition, earned Big West All-Academic Team accolades.
2017-18 -- Track: Came in 18th place with a season-best 5,000-meter time of 17:16.74 at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 20 in Torrance ... also posted a 17:26.75 for 31st place at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival March 30 ... her top 1,500m time — 4:37.87 — took fourth at the Cal Opener in Berkeley on March 3. Cross Country: Selected as Big West Conference Freshman of the Year ... became the ninth Mustang in 13 years to collect the plaque ... took sixth place at the Big West Championships (Oct. 28), running Riverside’s 6k course in 20:49.5 (No. 1 among freshmen) ... additionally, was fourth (first among freshmen) at the Lagoon Open on Sept. 2 (with a 5k time of 18:15.26), before taking 38th at Oregon’s Dellinger Invitational on Sept. 29 (20:10.4) ... her performance at the championships helped the Mustangs take second, in a finish tied for the closest the Big West has seen in 35 years: 45-47 ... closed debut postseason with a team-high 64th-place 6k of 21:00.9 at Regionals in Seattle on Nov. 10.
Prep -- As a senior for Lowell High School in San Francisco, finished 17th at the 2016 CIF Division 1 State Cross Country Championship, with a 5k time of 17:59.9 ... won the 2016 SF Section cross country title, with a performance of 17:26.8 ... in track season for the Cardinals, came in 16th place in the 3,200 meters at the 2017 overall state finals, in 10:52.81 ... finished 18th at the state prelims as a junior in the 800m, with a career-best time of 2:14.16 ... her 1,600m PR, 4:59.86, earned second at the 2015 All-City finals.
