2013-14 -- Cross Country: Opened the season with a 22nd-place finish at the Lagoon Open hosted by UC Santa Barbara, with a time of 19:29 ... came in seventh at the Cal Poly Invitational, at 19:02.

2012-13 -- Track: Closed junior year by coming in seventh in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Big West Conference Championships, at a season-best 11:31.31 ... also had a 1,500 time of 4:39.81 at the Fresno State Challenge.

Cross Country: Helped the program capture its third Big West title with a 32nd-place finish, at 21:38 ... began the season at the Lagoon Open with a 25th-place finish, at 19:36 ... at the Cal Poly Invitational, came in second, with a time of 19:21.

Cuesta College -- As a sophomore, came in fourth place in the 1,500 at the State Championships Meet, with a time of 4:42.69 ... earlier in the season, set a college record in the steeplechase (11:23.13, at the Beach Classic) ... also had a sixth-place 1,500 finish at the Northridge Invitational, in 4:36 ... also advanced to the state cross country meet in both seasons with the Cougars, recording a time of 19:52 as a freshman before lowering it to 19:11 as a sophomore.
