2016-17 -- Cross Country: Opened the season with a 25th-place 8k time of 26:20.96 at the Lagoon Open around UC Santa Barbara on Sept. 3, helping the Mustangs earn a dominant 19-40 Blue-Green Rivalry win over the Gauchos ... came in 84th place at the UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 17 (with a time of 25:35.9) and 63rd at the Stanford Invite on Oct. 1 (in 24:57.5) ... closed the fall with a fifth-place performance of 27:49.9 at the Cal Poly Invitational hosted at Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo on Oct. 15.

2015-16 -- Track: Redshirted. Cross Country: In his first fall as a Mustang, competed in two meets (unattached): finishing the Lagoon Open with an 8k time of 27:11.81 on Sept. 5 before coming in fifth place at the Cal Poly Invitational, at 26:57.6 on Oct. 17.

Prep -- As a senior at Canyon High School in Anaheim, took fourth place at the CIF State Track Championships in the 3,200 meters; his fastest time actually came earlier in the season: 8:56.25 at the Arcadia Invitational (ultimately ranking No. 26 nationally over the entire spring) ... his 1,600m PR was 4:16.50 (earning second at the 2015 Crestview League finals) ... in cross country, his top 5k was 15:23.32, posted at the 2014 Clovis Invitational (on the way to a second consecutive appearance at the state meet) ... was an OC Varsity all-county honoree ... chose Cal Poly because of the “great trails, weather, beautiful campus, great team and coaches.”
