2014-15 -- Cross Country: Opened the season with a pair of top-10 performances, finishing in ninth at the Lagoon Open on Aug. 30 (at 25:31.64) and then sixth at the WCC Preview on Sept. 13 (24:37.9) ... ultimately took 10th at the Big West Championships, in 24:28.8 ... again earned all-academic praise from the conference office.

2013-14 -- Track: Had the team's third-fastest 3,000 time (8:28.23) on May 3 at the dual meet versus UC Santa Barbara ... also had the No. 3 5K time (14:29.42) at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on April 4 ... earned all-academic honors from the Big West Conference.

Cross Country: Finished the fall with an 11th-place time at the Big West Championships on Nov. 2, 26:17, at Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo ... was 12th at the Fresno State Invitational on Sept. 14, at 20:23.

2012-13 -- Track: Redshirted.

Cross Country: Came in 21st place (in 25:18) at the Big West Championships ... opened the season with a 32nd-place finish at the Lagoon Open hosted by UC Santa Barbara, in 27:15 ... finished second at the Cal Poly Invitational, in 27:20.

2011-12 -- Track: His season-best time in the 5,000 came at the Cal Poly/ShareSLO.com Invitational, where he won in 14:54.44 ... fastest time in the 10K came at the Big West Championships, at 32:31.86, for 15th place.

Cross Country: Redshirted.

Prep -- At J.W. North High School in Riverside, was named first-team all-state in cross country ... as a senior, his PR in the 1,600 was 4:20.19.
