2013-14 -- Cross Country: Was a two-time Big West Conference Athlete of the Week (on Oct. 8 and Oct. 22) ... the latter honor came after a 17th-place finish (among 359 runners) at the Pre-National Invitational in Terre Haute, Ind., where he had an 8K time of 23:47.92 on the storied LaVern Gibson Course ... the initial weekly honor was bestowed after he was second at the West Regional Preview in Sacramento, where he completed the 8K Haggin Oaks Course in 23:30 ... finished fourth at the conference finals, running the Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo at 25:31.

2012-13 -- Track: Had a 10,000-meter time of 29:35.80, ranking No. 9 in school history, at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on March 29 ... at the Big West Championships, came in second in the 10,000, at 30:47.07; was also third in the 5,000, at 14:53.08.

Cross Country: Helped the team to its 12th Big West title with a ninth-place finish (at 24:31) ... opened the season with a third-place finish (25:00) at the Lagoon Open, followed by a 13th place (25:03) at the Pac-12 Preview ... rounded out the season with a 29th-place day (in 30:24) at the West Regional.

2011-12 -- Track: Posted a season-best time of 14:50.62 in the 5,000 at the Big West Championships ... ran a PR of 29:56.38 in the 10,000 at Mt. SAC, and clocked a 3,000 PR of 8:29.75 in the dual against Fresno State.

Cross Country: Finished 191st at the NCAA Championships, at 32:13 ... was 33rd (at 30:16) at the West Regional ... finished 13th at the conference finals, in 24:19.

2009-10 -- Track: Ran a season-best 30:28.03 in the 10,000 at the Big West Championships ... also had a PR in the 5,000, 14:46.93, at the Stanford Invitational.

Cross Country: Redshirted.

Prep -- As a senior at Royal High School in Simi Valley, helped lead the Highlanders to a second-place finish at the California Cross Country Championships (and then a 15th-place showing nationally).
