2013-14 -- Cross Country: Closed junior season with a second-place finish at the Big West Conference Championships, running the Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo in 25:22; went on to finish 30th at the NCAA West Regional Meet at Haggin Oaks Golf Club in Sacramento on Nov. 15, in 30:34 ... had opened the fall finishing fifth at the Lagoon Open hosted by UC Santa Barbara, at 25:19, before coming in third at the Fresno State Invitational on Sept. 14, at 19:34.

2012-13 -- Track: Ran the 3,000 in 8:40.98 on April 27 at the UCSB dual, and the 5,000 in 14:47.21 on March 29 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival ... also had a 10,000 time of 31:16.35 at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 18.

Cross Country: Helped lead the team to its 12th Big West title when he finished third, with a time of 24:14 ... opened the season with a sixth-place finish (in 25:21) at the Lagoon Open, followed by a 25th-place finish (25:33) at the Pac-12 Preview.

2011-12 -- Track: Redshirted.

Cross Country: At the conference championships meet, finished 21st, with a time of 24:41, to earn Big West Freshman of the Year honors ... at the Lagoon Open, had a time of 25:24.

Prep -- At Aptos High School, posted personal-best times of 4:23 in the 1,600 and 9:05 in the 3,200 ... was a three-time league champion in the 3,200.
