2019 -- Established a career-best performance at the Big West Pole Vault Championship, clearing 15 feet, 9.25 inches to take fourth place at the Conference Finals on May 11 ... was only one spot back of qualifying for the all-conference list at UC Santa Barbara, thanks to his 4.81m jump ... to start the spring, had three consecutive clearances of 15’ 3”: vaulted the same height at the Gaucho Tri-Meet at Pauley Track on March 9, the 37th annual Cal Poly #ShareSLO Invitational March 23, and then the Bryan Clay Invitational hosted by Azusa Pacific on April 19 ... additionally, made the Big West All-Academic Team.
2018 -- Posted his season-best performance as a sophomore at UC Santa Barbara’s Tri-Meet on March 10, with a clearance of 14 feet, 11.5 inches — almost matching his PR while picking up the win over the Gauchos & Highlanders ... added a vault of 14’ 7.25” at the UCLA Invitational in Drake Stadium April 14, tallying fourth place ... academically, earned Big West Conference Commissioner’s Honors.
2017 -- Pole-vaulted at a trio of meets as a Mustang freshman ... made collegiate debut with a clearance of 14 feet, 9 inches at the Cal Poly Invitational on March 25, good for fifth ... followed up duplicating the 14’ 9” height at the Bulldog Invitational in Clovis on April 22, before earning a season-best 14’ 10” vs. UCSB at home April 29, helping Cal Poly tally a 110-88 win over the Gauchos with his fourth-place finish.
Prep -- While at St. Francis High School in Mountain View, won the pole vault at the 2016 Los Gatos All-Comers Meet with a PR of 15 feet even ... also jumped 15’ to take third place at the Stanford Invitational as a Lancer senior ... first achieved his career-best height of 15’ while winning the West Catholic Athletic League championship as a junior (en route to a fourth-place clearance at the Central Coast Section finals).
