2021 -- Competed in four meets in third year at Cal Poly, led by fourth-place finish in javelin at Cal Poly Four-Way Meet (97-3) ... also was fifth in javelin at Cal Poly Blue-Green Rivalry Meet ... competed in discus at Cal Poly Blue-Green Rivalry Meet as well, finishing seventh with personal-best mark of 90-4 ... earned Big West Conference All-Academic honors.
2020 -- Season was canceled due to COVID-19; however, retains NCAA year of eligibility moving forward ... meanwhile, also made the Big West Conference All-Academic Team.
2019 -- Improved her collegiate-javelin PR at each of her meets in succession as a true freshman ... closed the spring with a best mark of 107 feet, 2 inches at the Blue-Green Rivalry Dual at UC Santa Barbara on April 27, taking sixth place at Pauley Track (via 32.67m) ... also exceeded 30.6m in the javelin with a throw of 100’ 5” at the Cal Poly #ShareSLO Invitational hosted on March 23.
Prep -- While with Granite Bay High School, excelled in the javelin through the USATF program, including winning the Yuba College Meet in April 2018 with a career-best throw of 108 feet, 10 inches ... added a third-place medal via a mark of 100’ 10” at the Region 14 Junior Olympic Qualifier ... came in second place at the Sacramento State Open in 2017 with a mark of 98 feet ... another victory also came at the 2017 Pat Young Thrower Classic ... earned Scholar-Athlete awards every term — as well as Academic Excellence awards each year — along with Academic Awards for the school in 2017 & 2018 ... also participated in Link Crew and National Charity League, and served as a TA for Spanish ... also played volleyball as a setter for the Grizzlies in the Sierra Foothill League, and led the Synergy Force Volleyball Club to third place at the 2015 NCVA Girls Far Western National Qualifier.
Personal -- Majors in Business Administration; has career interests ranging from law to business with integrated criminal justice aspects ... her older sister Madison also was a collegiate track & field student-athlete at the Division I level, competing in the javelin at UCSB from 2013-17, with a PR of 124 feet ... chose Cal Poly because it “has phenomenal academics, a great business program, and an amazing team and coaches,” adding, “San Luis Obispo is a very special and beautiful place so there was no doubt this is where I wanted to be.”
