2016 -- As a freshman, cleared a season-best 12 feet at the Westmont Classic on March 19 in Montecito ... finished 16th at the Big West Conference Championships on May 13 at Long Beach State, with a height of 11’ 10” ... also posted a win at the CenCal Twilight meet in Clovis on March 22, at 11’ 5.75”.
Prep -- As a senior at Martin Luther King High School in Riverside, took 11th place at the CIF State Championships in the pole vault, with a program-record clearance of 12 feet even ... helped lead the Wolves to a combined 11-1 dual-meet record in her final two seasons, including an unbeaten Big VIII League championship showing in 2014 ... won back-to-back conference titles in the event, going on to finish as the Southern Section Division 1 runner-up as a junior and senior ... also posted a high jump PR of 5’ 2” ... was an honors student and won a U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar-Athlete Award ... also belonged to Interact Club and was a state finalist for National History Day ... chose Cal Poly because of the “amazing weather, the learn-by-doing concept and the excellent athletics.”
