2017-18 -- Cross Country: Helped the Mustangs win their second straight conference title on Oct. 28 at UC Riverside, as Cal Poly claimed the trophy with 29 points; ran the 8k in 26:08.7 (46th) at the Big West Championships ... began the fall with a sixth-place performance of 25:54.6 at the Lagoon Open at UC Santa Barbara on Sept. 2, keying Cal Poly’s 17-44 Blue-Green Rivalry win ... added a 70th-place 24:46.8 at Oregon’s Invitational on Sept. 29 ... again earned Big West All-Academic Team honors.

2016-17 -- Track: Won the Big West Conference championship for the 1,500 meters, with a time of 3:54.34 at Cal State Fullerton on May 13 ... his season-best 1,500m time — 3:48.79 — also earned first place at the dual meet at home vs. UCSB on April 29 (helping the Mustangs pick up a 110-88 victory) ... advanced to the West Preliminary Round of the NCAA Championships in the 5,000 meters via his career-best performance of 14:01.99 on April 14 (good for fourth place among 72 individuals at the Mt. SAC Relays, as well as No. 9 in school history); finished 32nd in the regional championships at Texas on May 27, at 14:54.91 ... also made the Big West All-Academic Team. Cross Country: Opened the year with a 13th-place 8k time of 25:31.90 at the Lagoon Open around UCSB on Sept. 3, helping the Mustangs earn the dominant 19-40 win ... finished 110th at the UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 17 (at 25:49.2) and then 59th at the Stanford Invite on Oct. 1 (in 24:53.5) ... closed the fall with a sixth-place performance of 28:04.4 at the Cal Poly Invitational at Fairbanks Memorial Course on Oct. 15.

2015-16 -- Track: Had a season-best 1,500-meter time of 3:50.77 at the Stanford Invitational on April 1, taking sixth place in the fifth heat at Cobb Track ... went on to finish 11th at the Big West Conference Championships in the event on May 14, at 3:57.87 in Long Beach ... on the same day, also finished 25th at the conference championships for the 5,000m, with a time of 15:24.83 in Jack Rose Stadium. Cross Country: Was named the Big West Freshman of the Year after finishing as the top first-year performer at the conference championships, taking sixth place at UC Riverside’s Ag/Ops Course, with an 8k time of 24:25.50 ... was also the 13th freshman finisher (114th overall) at the Pre-Nationals Invitational held at Louisville on Oct. 17, clocking a season-best 24:22.6 ... also was the second freshman in at the Fresno State Invitational on Sept. 11, scoring fifth overall in the field of 55 with a 6k of 18:31.5 ... closed the fall with a 68th-place 10k time of 32:25.2 at the West Region Championships at Seattle’s Jefferson Park Golf Course on Nov. 13.

2014-15 -- Track: Won the 1,500-meter race at the ShareSLO Invitational at home on March 28, with a time of 3:50.06; then lowered his PR to 3:49.00 at the Bryan Clay Invitational hosted by Azusa Pacific on April 17 ... also competed in the 5,000m at the Big West Conference Championships held at UC Riverside on May 16, finishing in 13th place at 14:52.29. Cross Country: Racing unattached at the Cal Poly Invitational on Oct. 18, posted a sixth-place 8k time of 27:29.

Prep -- As a senior at Nevada Union High School in Grass Valley, finished sixth at the CIF State Cross Country Championships with a 5k time of 15:19 ... in track later that spring, ran the 1,600m in 4:10.34 (ranking No. 41 nationally) to win the Sac-Joaquin Section championship ... other PRs included 1:52.70 in the 800m and 9:23.75 for the 3,200m ... also was an honors student.
