2019-20 -- Cross Country: In her return to the course, earned another top-10 finish at the Big West Championships ... took ninth place at the Conference XC Finals, running UC Riverside’s 6k Ag. Ops. Course in 21:09.4 ... continued the postseason outside Washington State for the NCAA Regionals, coming in 102nd overall with a time of 21:39.2 in Colfax ... regular season also included a 40th-place debut at the Capital Challenge held in Sacramento on Sept. 28, via 21:32.9 around Arcade Creek ... additionally, made the Big West All-Academic Team. Indoor Season: Didn’t enter meets during the winter. Track & Field: Spring 2020 (outdoor) season was cancelled; however, retains year of eligibility moving forward ... meanwhile, earned Conference Commissioner’s Highest Honors academically.
2018-19 -- Redshirted.
2017-18 -- Cross Country: Didn’t enter any XC meets in the fall ... made the Big West Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll academically. Track: Traveled to the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on March 30, clocking a 5,000m time of 18:13.85 at Chabot College.
2016-17 -- Cross Country: Won the Big West Conference XC Freshman of the Year award after being the fastest first-year finisher at the conference championships in Hawai’i on Oct. 29 ... came in eighth place at the Big West Championships, with a 6k time of 21:56.4 at Kahuku Golf Course, helping the Mustangs win the title with 27 points (for a 45-point margin of victory that was the conference’s largest since 2006) ... earlier in her debut season, was 147th at the Adidas Pre-Nationals (at 21:49.5 in Terre Haute, Ind. on Oct. 15) after finishing 26th overall (fifth among freshmen) at the Stanford Invitational (21:39.3) on Oct. 1 ... closed the fall with a 48th-place time of 20:41.2 at her first career NCAA West Regional meet (Nov. 11 in Sacramento). Track: Entered the Cal Opener in Berkeley on March 4, taking seventh place in the 3,000m, with a time of 10:11.34.
Prep -- Won the California State Championship for cross country as a senior at Santa Cruz High School, posting a 5k time of 17:03.7 at the 2015 CIF meet at Woodward Park in Fresno — setting a new record for student-athletes from Division 4 schools in the 29-year history of the meet ... her top 5k time came earlier in the fall at the Stanford Invitational: a first-place 16:49.70 (which ranked No. 3 in the country at the time) ... went on to take 11th place at the Nike Cross Nationals in Portland, Ore. (at 17:23.9), and finished ranked No. 21 in the country in MileSplitUSA’s Flo50 national rankings ... in January 2016, was awarded the Gatorade State Female Cross Country Runner of the Year honor ... also during her final fall with the Cardinals, won a second consecutive Central Coast Section championship, finishing with a 3-mile time of 17:04.4 in Belmont as her squad won the team crown via 44 points ... at other points in 2015, ran the second-fastest 2.95-mile time in the 37-year history of the Crystal Springs Course, 16:42.5, and came within one second of breaking the 2.93-mile Pinto Lake Course record (clocking a performance of 16:31.0 en route to back-to-back Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League titles) ... another course record fell at Toro Park in Salinas, where she won the 3-mile Earlybird Invitational in 17 minutes ... in track season, came in ninth place in the 3,200 meters at the state championships as a junior (and 11th as a senior), clocking a PR of 10:25.92 ... was also the 2015 CCS champion in the event, at 10:27.10 ... was an honors student, and volunteered with a beach safety program as well as for Cal’s Lick Observatory.
