2020 -- Indoor Season: Moved to No. 2 in school history for the winter long jump, when she landed a mark of 18 feet, 10.5 inches at the Arkansas Qualifier on Feb. 21 ...on the same day in Fayetteville, also rose to No. 4 in school history for the 60-meter hurdles, when she clocked a time of 8.90 seconds ... earlier in the year, took second place overall in the pentathlon at the UW Invitational (first among all collegians in Seattle), totaling a score of 3,563 points inside Dempsey Stadium on Jan. 31. Outdoor T&F: Spring season was cancelled; however, retains year of eligibility moving forward ... once again earned Conference Commissioner’s Honors academically while tallying a third straight Big West All-Academic Team accolade.
2019 -- Improved her fifth-leading heptathlon score in school history between May 3-4 at the Big West Multi Championships at UC Santa Barbara, where she came in fifth with 5,123 points ... posted either season-or-career-best performances in each of the three Day 2 events at the Conference Finals held at Pauley Track (starting with a long jump of 18 feet, 9.75 inches; then a javelin throw of 105’ 11” before closing with an 800m time of 2:20.52) ... her fourth career heptathlon surpassing the 5,000-point milestone ranked No. 45 in the West Region, placing her only 27 points back of the No. 4 spot in program history entering her senior season ... altogether for the entirety of the championships in Goleta, tallied a combined 9 team points spanning the two weekends, as she returned May 10-11 to also finish eighth in the long jump (landing a mark of 18’ 11.25”) while also contributing to the fifth-place 4x100m relay squad (clocking a time of 47.46 seconds) ... during the indoor season, tallied a pentathlon score of 3,585 points at the UW Invitational from Jan. 25-26, taking ninth place in Seattle, while moving to No. 2 in school history for winter multis ... in addition, made the Big West All-Academic Team and earned U.S. Track & Field/Cross Country Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete recognition.
2018 -- Surpassed the 5,000-point mark in the heptathlon as a sophomore, when she tallied a score of 5,011 at the Sam Adams Combined Events Invitational hosted by Westmont from April 6-7 ... with her collegiate PR, moved to No. 5 in school history for the multi-events ... went on to make the All-Conference Team, thanks to her third-place heptathlon finish at the Big West Finals on May 5 at CSUN, ending the championship meet with 4,980 points ... showcased versatility with four separate top-four rankings across the team for the season, including the No. 1 long jump (19 feet, 4 inches at the dual meet vs. UCSB on April 28), No. 3 performance in the 100m hurdles (14.80 at the Mt. SAC Relays in Torrance on April 20), No. 3 mark in the javelin (105’ 5” in Montecito) and No. 4 high jump clearance (5’ 3” at Cal State Fullerton’s Titan Challenge March 31) ... spring also included a long jump win of 19’ 1.5” at the Gauchos’ Tri-Meet on March 10 ... during the indoor season, totaled a pentathlon score of 3,461 points to take eighth place at the UW Invitational ... additionally, made the Big West All-Academic Team, along with garnering Conference Commissioner’s Honors.
2017 -- Closed freshman year by finishing seventh at the USATF Junior (U-20) Outdoor National Championships for the heptathlon between June 22-23, compiling 4,613 points in Sacramento ... on May 5-6, tallied 3 team points for the Mustangs at the Big West Conference Championships by taking sixth place in the heptathlon with 4,763 points (only 38 back of entering the Top 10 in school history) ... also competed in three events at the Sam Adams Multi-Event Invite in Montecito on April 7, scoring 2,008 early on ... season-bests per event included 25.91 seconds for the 200-meter dash; 2:26.19 for the 800m; 14.88 seconds in the 100m hurdles; 5-foot-2 for the high jump; 17’ 8” in the long jump; 35’ 2” for the shot put; and 104’ 8.25” in the javelin.
Prep -- While at Los Gatos High School, qualified for the 2015 IAAF World Youth (U-18) Championships heptathlon, finishing 22nd among 41 competitors at the meet featuring 153 countries in Cali, Colombia that July ... was third at the 2015 USATF Junior (U-20) Championships with a career-best score of 5,130 points (a California record for her age group) ... as a senior for the Wildcats, was a CIF State Championships finisher in two events, earning fourth place in the long jump (with a career-best mark of 19 feet, 7.5 inches) and 12th in the 300-meter hurdles (at 43.61 seconds, another PR) ... also finished fourth at USATF Juniors in 2016, as her 5,106-point total was just 45 back of Iowa State freshman Emma Whigham for third place and 65 away from USC freshman Lyndsey Lopes in second ... won the 2016 Arcadia Multis heptathlon with 4,898 points ... ranked by RunnerSpace as the No. 1 multi-events recruit in the country for the Class of 2016 ... other PRs included 12.13 seconds for the 100-meter dash; 14.44 in the 100m hurdles; 24.82 for the 200 meters; 57.37 in the 400m; 2:21.24 for the 800m; 33 feet in the shot put; 118’ 4” for the javelin; and 5’ 4.5” in the high jump ... in indoor competition, ran the 55m dash in 7.38 seconds at the 2014 California Championship Meet (good for second place) ... finished her Wildcat career having won a combined six Santa Clara Valley League individual championships between three different events, plus two Central Coast Section crowns ... also was an honors student.
