2020 -- Spring sports schedule was canceled due to COVID-19; however, retains an extra season of NCAA eligibility moving forward into next year.
2019 -- Led the team in the 100-meter dash again, posting a season-best time of 10.77 seconds at the Bryan Clay Invitational hosted by Azusa Pacific on April 19 ... made debut at the Cal Poly #ShareSLO Invitational on March 23 by taking second overall in the 100m dash (in 10.82 seconds — first in the collegiate-scoring section) ... also at the home invite, helped the 4x100m relay squad tally a win, via 42.50 seconds ... again advanced to the Big West Championships, finishing 15th at the Conference Finals for the 100m dash, recording a time of 10.88 at UC Santa Barbara’s Pauley Track on May 10.
2018 -- Recorded the squad’s fastest 100-meter dash performance for the second year in a row, earning a time of 10.81 at the Big West Championships at CSUN on May 11, taking 11th place at the conference finals as a sophomore ... improved his 100-meter dash season-best at every meet of the year: lowered from 10.98 at the ShareSLO Invitational on March 24 to 10.96 at the Titan Challenge in Fullerton on March 31, then 10.95 at the Johnson/Joyner-Kersee Invitational at UCLA April 14 (good for fifth place) and then a victorious 10.85 at the Blue-Green Rivalry Dual vs. UCSB on April 28 ... in addition, competed in the 200m at three meets — including a best time of 23.07 against the Gauchos ... also contributed to the top 4x100m relay squad of the season, running lead-off for a time of 41.76 at the Big West Championships on May 12.
2017 -- Ran the 100-meter dash in a career-best 10.73 seconds vs. UCSB on April 29, taking second place while helping the Mustangs defeat the Gauchos 110-88 ... bettered his 100-meter dash time at four consecutive meets midway through the season: including to 10.95 seconds at the Beach Invite hosted by LBSU on April 15 and 10.92 at the Bulldog Invitational in Clovis on April 22 ... also at the UCSB dual, posted a season-best long jump mark of 20 feet, 8.5 inches ... competed on five 4x100m relay squads during the year, including the winning team at the 35th annual Cal Poly Invitational on March 25 (41.75) and the fifth-place quartet at the conference championships at Cal State Fullerton May 13 (41.46).
Prep -- As a senior at Clovis High School, finished fifth in the long jump at the Central Section Championships with a PR mark of 22 feet, 11.25 inches; went on to finish 21st at the CIF State Championships with a prelims mark of 21’ 2.75” ... also in 2016 for the Cougars, came in second place at both the Tri-River Athletic Conference finals (at 21’ 3.5”) and the Sanger Metric Classic (22’ 10.5”) ... also ran the 100-meter dash in a career-best 10.98 seconds, earning second place at the West Coast Relays.
Personal -- Majors in Kinesiology ... chose Cal Poly because of the academics, program and area.
