Four Mustangs Set to Compete at AVCA Collegiate Beach National Championships

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — Four Cal Poly beach volleyball players – Ella Connor, Erin Inskeep, Izzy Martinez, and Logan Walter will head to Huntsville, Ala. this weekend to compete at the 2025 AVCA Collegiate Beach National Championships.
The Nov. 7-9 event features 64 of the best collegiate pairs in the entire country, of which the four Mustangs were selected. The 64-pair bracket play begins Friday with play continuing Saturday and Sunday.
Some of the matches will be streamed on ESPN+ - two of the quarterfinal matches, both semifinal matches, the third place match, and the championship match. An additional 20+ matches will be streamed on the AVCA YouTube page.
Connor will be playing with Inskeep while Martinez and Walter will be pair together. Walter and Martinez were a pair this past season, going 30-8 and being named AVCA First Team All-Americans as well as AVCA Top Flight Award winners and First Team All-Big West
Playing with other partners during the spring season, Connor and Inskeep also garnered awards. Inskeep was also a First Team All-American, First Team All-Big West and AVCA Top Flight Award winner. Connor earned All-Big West honors and is a two-time AVCA All-American in her three year career so far at Cal Poly.
