Cal Poly Women’s Golf Finishes 11th at Dale McNamara Invitational

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Playing its third tournament of the fall, Cal Poly women's golf finished 11th out of 14 teams at the Dale McNamara Invitational at the Golf Club of Oklahoma in Broken Arrow, Okla.
Redshirt junior Jensen Jalufka led the Mustangs after finishing tied for 36th with a score of six over par. She shot even par in the first round and then three over in both rounds two and three.
Senior Nicole Neale had a tied for 44th place finish after shooting eight over. She had an impressive second round, shooting a five under 67.
The host school University of Tulsa won the tournament with a score of eight under. They were followed by South Florida who shot six under.
Cal Poly's next and final fall tournament will take place Oct. 22 and 23 at the Jim West Challenge in San Marcos, Texas.
