2015-16 -- Compiled 9-13 mark as a sophomore, including two wins in eight dual meet matches ... earned pair of falls en route to 5-1 mark and third place in Roadrunner Open ... also pinned Cody Hill of Chattanooga in 2 minutes, 17 seconds, at Southern Scuffle ... placed fourth in Pac-12 Championship at 133 pounds.
2014-15 – Posted an 8-8 record at 133 pounds as a true freshman with two falls, a technical fall and a major decision … opened his bid for the Pac-12 title at 133 pounds with a fall in 2:27 against Michael Cook of Boise State … won pair of dual meet matches by decision … placed third in San Francisco State Under-21 Open with 5-1 mark.
High School – A 2014 graduate of Buchanan High School in Clovis … second on his team with 21 falls and finished his senior year with a 32-4 record … placed first in Five Counties Invitational … placed sixth in the Senior Nationals at 126 pounds to become an NHSCA All-American … chose to attend Cal Poly because “it has a great wrestling program, it’s a great school and San Luis Obispo is a great place to live.”
