2015-16 -- Won one of five matches as a redshirt freshman ... earned 5-3 decision over Dominic Balmer of CSU Bakersfield in Reno Tournament of Champions.
2014-15 – Redshirt … competed in five open tournaments, placing fifth in Bill Musick Open with 3-2 mark … won six matches for the season, including one fall and one major decision … pin was in 1:58 against Andrew Teats of Sierra College in San Francisco State Under-21 Open.
High School – A two-time state placewinner under head coach Ian Shaw at Clovis West High School … placed fifth as a senior and seventh as a junior at 220 pounds in state finals … a two-time Tri-River Athletic Conference champion, three-time CIF-Central Section champion, two-time CIF-Central Section Masters Meet runner-up and twice qualified for state meet in Bakersfield … compiled 46 wins as a junior, including 35 pins … also played football as an offensive guard for the Golden Eagles … a six-time Honor Roll member … member of California Scholastic Federation … served on school’s Leadership Council, Inter-School Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and was a student class officer.
