Becca Holtgeerts, who previously served as a graduate assistant at Louisiana-Monroe, is in her first season as volunteer assistant coach for the Mustangs after being hired in the summer of 2020.
At the University of Lousiana-Monroe, Holtgeerts earned a a master's degree in exercise science. She also attended and played volleyball at Pacific Lutheran University, a Division III school in Parkland, Washington, from 2010-14 where she earned a bachelor's degree in business.
Prior to coaching at ULM, the Everett, Washington native was an assistant coach and assistant strength and conditioning coach at Pacific Lutheran University. Before that she coached high school and club volleyball in Washington.
