Three-year letterwinner and three-time All-Interscholastic League of Hawaii first team honoree was the 39th-ranked senior player in the class of 2009 by prepvolleyball.com … All-Hawaii first team pick in 2008 and a second team selection during the 2006 and 2007 seasons … named to Honolulu Star-Bulletin’s All-State Fab 15 as a junior after helping Iolani HS to a 26-5-2 overall record and a runner-up finish at the 2007 Hawaii High School Athletic Association State Tournament … in 2007, helped Iolani HS defeat fellow Mustang freshman Anuhea Keanini’s Punahou School on four occasions … competed alongside Keanini for both the Imi’ike (coaches Ryan Tusji and Mike Sealy) and ASICS Rainbows Hawai’i (coach Luis Ramirez) volleyball clubs … also earned two letters in paddling.
