Beck Flanagan is in his first year as the Director of Operations for the Cal Poly women's basketball team.
Prior to joining the Mustangs, Flanagan was the head women's basketball coach at Hope International University in Fullerton from 2017-22. While there, he received the 2022 Golden State Athletic Conference Coach of the Year award and is the winningest coach in school history.
Before going to Hope International University, he was an assistant coach/recruiting coordinator at Loyola University, New Orleans from 2012-17. His other stops as an assistant coach include Alcorn State, and Point Loma Nazarene University. He's also been a head coach at the high school level.
Flanagan earned his undergraduate degree from San Diego State and his master's degree at Loyola University, New Orleans.
