Rachel Victor joined the Mustang coaching staff as an assistant in August 2023.
Victor used her last season of eligibility in track and field to compete for Cal Poly during the 2023 season, qualifying for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 3,000-meter steeplechase by running the second-fastest time in school history (10:16.43) at the Steve Scott Invitational.
Victor transferred to Cal Poly in the fall of 2022 after competing on the Sacramento State track & field and cross country teams from 2017-22. She is currently pursuing her master's in nutrition at Cal Poly and received a bachelor's degree in dietetics from Sacramento State in 2022.
