2012-13 -- Used redshirt season.
2011-12 -- Clocked a time of 10:32.27 in the 1,000-yard freestyle during a home dual meet on Nov. 5 versus UC Santa Barbara (a 177.5-117.5 win for the Mustangs); her time was the second-best on the team during the entire season … also swam a 17:38.97 in the 1,650 free at the Cal Poly Shootout on Nov. 11.
2010-11 -- Was the 11th-place finisher in the 1,650 free at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships, with a season-best time of 17:24.98 … other season-best times included a 10:31.40 in the 1,000 free and a 5:03.41 in the 500 free.
2009-10 -- At the final Big West Conference Championships, was ninth in both the 1,000 free (at 10:31.03) and 1,650 free (17:44.35), as well as 14th in the 500 free (5:07.99) … peaked at the right time, as all of her Big West performances represented season pinnacles … also swam a 2:20.31 in the 200 fly during a dual meet against UC Santa Cruz on Jan. 23.
Prep -- Was a four-year letterwinner at Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach, earning team MVP honors as a senior … also played water polo for two seasons … high school mascot was also the Mustangs … made Honor Roll and achieved Scholar-Athlete distinction all four years … was also a member of Varsity Club, Junior Lifeguard and Link Crew … chose Cal Poly because of its architecture and swimming programs.
Personal -- Born on April 13, 1991 in Redondo Beach … daughter of Marc and Bonnie Spivey … has been a Los Angeles County ocean lifeguard … majors in architecture.
