Prep -- Swimming for New Trier High School in Winnetka, Ill., finished 11th in the 50-yard freestyle as a senior at the Illinois state championship meet, with a time of 21.36 seconds … also during senior year, was part of a state-championship 200 medley relay squad (1:32.35), as the Trevians won their third consecutive overall state title in the team standings … during sophomore, junior and senior seasons, swam for relays that earned NISCA/Speedo All-American honors.
