A member of the Cal Poly men's basketball staff at various levels since 2009, Jeremy Jauregui is in his second season as the program's director of operations.
As Cal Poly’s director of operations, Jauregui is responsible for scheduling team travel, film exchange and practice times; advance scouting of opponents; the assistance of recruiting coordination and on-campus visits; camp organization and the supervision of Cal Poly's student managerial team.
During the past four years with the program, Jauregui has analyzed player and team performance, utilizing various stats and data to help develop efficient strategies through video work.
“Jeremy has been a valuable resource in our program as a manager, video coordinator and graduate student,” ninth-year head coach Joe Callero said of Jauregui’s past work.
A member of the NABC and certified by Hudl in Sportscode Elite, Jauregui graduated from Cal Poly in 2013 with a degree in journalism. Previously, he has worked camps at Arizona, Gonzaga, Stanford, Saint Mary's, Santa Clara and Pepperdine, as well as the Double Pump West Coast All-Star Camp.
Jauregui completed his master’s degree in sports management in 2017.
