2022-23 -- Cross Country: Captured 12th at the Big West XC Championships to help the Cal Poly women earn their first conference title since 2018 ... was Cal Poly's second finisher at NCAA West Regionals, running a personal-best 6K time (20:28.6) to place 65th ... was the team's top finisher at the Bronco Invite, earning 20th ... posted a personal-best 5K time (17:46.9) at the Joe Piane Invitational.
2021-22 -- Cross Country: Held out of first three meets of season, competed in conference finals and NCAA West Regional in Sacramento ... placed 23rd in Big West Conference Championships with 8K time of 21:47.6, helping Cal Poly to third-place team finish, and finished 94th in West Regional ... placed sixth in Bronco Invitational Open Division women's race. Indoor Track & Field: Placed eighth in the 3,000 (10:07.87) at the WSU Open. Outdoor: Placed 11th in the 10,000 and 22nd in the 5,000 at the Big West Conference Championships … posted PRs in the 1,500 (4:40.28) and 5,000 (17:19.91) … received Big West Conference All-Academic honors.
2020-21 -- Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. Indoor Season: Cal Poly did not compete in any indoor meets due to COVID-19 pandemic. Outdoor T&F: Established four personal bests during season and competed in two events at Big West Conference Championships ... placed 10th in 10,000 at Big West finals with personal-best time of 37:00.04 and was 14th in 5,000 (17L36.53) ... second in 5,000 at Cal Poly Four-Way Meet with career-best time of 17:35.36 ... third in 3,000 at Cal Poly Blue-Green Rivalry Meet with personal-best 10:18.94 ... 14th in Cal Poly Spring Break Challenge with career-best time of 4:51.67 ... fourth in 5,000 (18:03.94) at Spring Break Invitational.
2019-20 -- Cross Country: Started her fall as a sophomore helping the Mustangs earn an 18-41 Blue-Green Rivalry victory over UC Santa Barbara at the Gauchos’ Lagoon Open meet on Aug. 31, when she tallied 17th place with a 5k performance of 19:12.2 ... also took 44th at the UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 14, clocking a 6k time of 21:47.2, prior to earning a time of 21:40.0 in Sacramento (good for 55th overall) at the Capital XC Challenge held at Arcade Creek Sept. 28. Indoor Season: Redshirted. Outdoor Track & Field: Spring 2020 was canceled; however, retains year of eligibility moving forward.
2018-19 -- Track: Began her spring with a 5,000-meter effort of 18:13.91 at the UCSB Tri-Meet (also including Riverside) on March 9 ... then in the 3,000 meters, took fourth place at the 37th annual Cal Poly #ShareSLO Invitational on March 23 via 10:36.30, before improving her PR to 10:25.93 at the dual against the Gauchos at Pauley Track on April 27. Cross Country: After a top-20 unattached-scoring finish at her first collegiate meet, was called-up to a pair of meets later in the fall ... made debut by earning 16th place at the Lagoon Open on Sept. 15, posting a freelance 5k time of 17:55.1 ... then added a 6k performance of 23:03.7 (good for 84th overall) for the scoring squad at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 29, helping the Mustangs tally a fifth-place total of 139 points ... also came in 137th altogether (via 22:24.0) returning to the Bay Area for the Bronco Invitational hosted by Santa Clara in Sunnyvale Oct. 13.
Prep -- Came in 10th place at the 2017 CIF Division 3 State Cross Country Championship while at Maria Carrillo High School in Santa Rosa, with a 5k performance of 18:41.7 ... also as a Puma senior, won the North Bay League title with a 3.05-mile time of 18:05.1 ... during track season, clocked a second-place 1,600m performance of 5:04.73 at the 2018 Viking Classic ... her 3,200m PR — 10:52.26 — earned fifth at the 2018 Dublin Distance Fiesta ... coached by Greg Fogg, helped her squad break the school record for the distance medley relay at the Arcadia Invitational, clocking a 12:11.81 ... swept the NBL crowns for the 1,600m & 3,200m in 2018, going on to place sixth and 10th in the events at the North Coast Section Finals ... also participated in Key Club.
Personal -- Also visited Nevada; chose Cal Poly because of the “beautiful location, running program, academic program and great environment” ... majoring in sociology.
