2022-23 -- Cross Country: Grabbed All-Big West honors for the second straight year by placing sixth at Big West XC Championships to help the Cal Poly men earn their 18th conference title ... placed 64th in second appearance at NCAA West Regionals, running a personal-best 10K time (29:52.8) ... finished 13th at UC Riverside Invitational ... received Big West All-Academic honors. Indoor: Competed indoors for the first time, running a personal best in the 5,000-meter (14:16.03) at the Husky Classic. Outdoor: Became Cal Poly's fifth Big West champion in the 3,000 steeplechase and first since 2018, running an over 10-second personal best (8:53.81) ... time earned him his first trip to the NCAA West Preliminaries where he placed 45th (9:15.27) ... also finished 11th in the 5,000 at the Big West Championships ... earned Big West All-Academic honors.

2021-22 -- Cross Country: Competed in all five meets as a redshirt freshman and was Cal Poly's top finisher in NCAA West Regional at Sacramento with a 10K time of 31:10.6 for 61st place ... also placed ninth in Big West Conference Championships, Cal Poly's third finisher, with a time of 24:14.6, helping Mustangs to a second-place team finish ... also placed sixth in Stump Invitational and 30th in Bronco Invitational … received Big West Conference All-Academic honors. Track & Field: Competed in three events at the Big West Conference Championships, led by a third-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:06.35 (a personal best) to earn All-Conference honors for the first time … also was 12th in the 10,000 with a time of 32:18.67 and 14th in the 5,000 with a time of 15:28.0, both career bests … finished first in the 3000 steeplechase at the Mustang Invitational and Cal Poly Open … received Big West Conference All-Academic honors.

2020-21 -- Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. Track & Field: Placed in pair of events at Big West Conference Championships, led by seventh-place finish in 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:27.32 ... also was 12th in 5,000 with a time of 14:49.09 ... set personal bests in both events in two other meets ... won steeplechase in Cal Poly Four-Way Meet with career-best time of 9:24.26 and was ninth in 5,000 at Spring Break Invitational with personal best of 14:39.98 ... also placed third in steeplechase at Cal Poly Blue-Green Rivalry Meet, timed in 9:29.66.

Prep -- Graduated from Granada High School in Livermore ... during the spring of 2020, clocked a 3,200-meter time trial performance of 9:04.02; had begun his senior season with a then-PR, winning the event at the Dan Gabor Invite hosted in Pleasanton, in 9:11.83 … won the 1,600m with an effort of 4:27.25 at the dual meet against Livermore as a junior; later added a 1-mile PR of 4:18 at a spring time trials event … to wrap up his cross country career with the Matadors, took 14th place at the CIF State Championship meet, clocking a 5k performance of 15:25.8 in Fresno … earned a 3-mile best of 14:49.9 at the 2019 EBAL Championship in Hayward before also taking second place at the North Coast Section Finals, via 15:01.3 … also picked up a victory early in the fall of his senior year with a 3-mile win in 15:16.5 at Hayward’s Farmer Invitational … additionally, was an Olympian Scholar-Athlete Finalist for 2020, as well as an NCS Scholar-Athlete recipient while also participating in Granada’s Drumline/Band squad.
