SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — During a weekend in which Cal Poly (17-8, 10-4 BWC) swept a pair of opponents, tied for first in the conference, and gave Caroline Walters her 100th career win, Chloe Leluge was a versatile backbone for the Mustangs at middle blocker.
Leluge was a massive part of Cal Poly's high-hitting clip during the sweep over Cal State Bakersfield, totaling eight kills with no errors for a remarkable .800 individual hitting percentage, also co-leading the team with a pair of block assists.
Against CSUN, Leluge tallied another pair of blocks but was also second on the team with nine kills. After finishing the weekend with an astounding .696 hitting percentage on 23 attacks and just one error, Leluge is back to the top of the conference for hitting efficiency.
