KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Redshirt sophomore Chance Lamer and graduate student Adam Kemp both secured titles in their respective weight classes to help Cal Poly wrestling secure a third-place finish at the Tiger Style Invite hosted by Missouri on Saturday at Staley High School in Kansas City.
"We are happy with the way our guys competed today," head coach Jon Sioredas said after the tournament. "We pulled numerous upsets and grew as a team. Can't wait to get back to work to prepare for the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational on Dec. 1-2 as our young team is going to consistently get better."
