SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — Spencer Empey's major decision in the final bout prevented Rutgers from scoring a shutout as the No. 14 Scarlet Knights improved to 3-0 with a 38-4 triumph over Cal Poly on Sunday afternoon in the Mott Athletics Center.
