Jake Hitchcock, assistant athletics director at Mission College Prep in San Luis Obispo for over 10 years, was named Facilites and Event Operations Coordinator at Cal Poly in October 2022.
Hitchcock has worked off and on as an Event Supervisor - Facilities/Operations at Cal Poly since 2005.
Hitchcock earned two bachelor's degrees in 2009 at Cal Poly in the fields of kinesiology and recreation, parks and tourism administration. He earned a master's degree in Sports Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth in 2011.
