Ethan Rotondo is in his third season as an assistant coach for the Cal Poly wrestling program in 2025-26. Rotondo wrestled at Wisconsin for four seasons before transferring to Cal Poly for his final year of eligibility in 2022-23.
In his one season wrestling as a Mustang, Rotondo compiled a 13-14 overall record and finished third at the 2023 Pac-12 Championships at 133 pounds, earning an automatic qualifier berth to the NCAA Championships. In his first appearance at the NCAA Championships, Rotondo went 1-2.
Rotondo, a 2020 U23 Freestyle All-American, finished his collegiate career with a 74-52 overall record.
