2022-23 -- Cross Country: Placed 12th at Big West XC Championships in Riverside to help the Mustang men bring home their 18th conference title ... earned 37th at NCAA West Regionals with a personal-best 10K time (29:17.8) at NCAA West Regionals, propelling Cal Poly to its highest finish at regionals (eighth) since 2013 ... finished 25th at Joe Piane Invitational to secure Big West Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week honors.
2021-22 -- Cross Country: Competed in all five meets in his fourth season at Cal Poly ... top finish was eighth place in Big West Conference Championships with an 8K time of 24:13.9 ... was Cal Poly's second finisher in the meet and helped Mustangs to second-place finish ... also finished 17th in Stump Invitational, 19th in Bronco Invitational and competed in NCAA West Regional and Dellinger Invitational ... was No. 2 Cal Poly finisher in regional meet with a 10K time of 31:34.2 for 79th place. Track & Field: Placed second (3:49.63) in the 1,500 at the Big West Conference Championships to earn All-Conference honors for the first time … also finished 20th in the 5,000 at the meet … established PRs in the 1,500 (3:46.13), 5,000 (13:58.22) and 10,000 (29:50.13) … PR in 5,000 is sixth-best time in school history … finished first in the 1,500 at the Mustang Invitational … grabbed first in the 5,000 at the UCSB Invitational.
2020-21 -- Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. Track and Field: Did not compete in any meets.
2019-20 -- Cross Country: Didn’t enter any XC meets. Track: Spring 2020 season was canceled; however, retains year of eligibility moving forward.
2018-19 -- Track: Competed at the Big West Championships in two events as a true freshman, achieving season-best performances at both distances ... began the Conference Finals at UC Santa Barbara nearly scoring in the 10,000 meters, clocking a ninth-place time of 31:23.71 on May 10 ... returned to Pauley Track the very next evening to take 10th in the 5,000m via 14:58.43 ... also came in 15th in a loaded 5,000 field at the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific on April 18, with an effort of 15:04.55 ... ran the 3,000 meters at the UCSB dual April 27, finishing fourth in 8:29.06 ... in addition, made the Big West Commissioner’s Honor Roll academically. Cross Country: While redshirting his first fall on campus, competed on an unattached-scoring basis at a trio of meets ... started his season with a 38th-place 8k time of 25:54.1 at Cal State Fullerton’s Covert Classic on Sept. 1 ... two weeks afterward, earned 14th overall at the Gauchos’ Lagoon Open on Sept. 15, in 25:34.6 ... closed out his initial year with a 42nd-place performance at the Stanford Invitational Sept. 29, at 25:20.6.
Prep -- Finished in third place at the 2017 CIF Division 5 State Cross Country Championships for Pasadena Poly High School, with a 5k performance of 15:45.7 ... also in his final fall as a Panther, clocked a 15:39.7 at the Roosevelt XC Invitational (good for fifth) and won the Prep League championship via a 3-mile time of 14:46.5 (a course record at the venue hosted by L.A. Pierce College) ... came in second place in the 1,600m in the spring of 2018 at the Southern Section Division 4 Prelims, with a PR of 4:18.80 ... posted his top 3,200m time — 9:07.11 — at the 2018 CIF State Championships, where he was 11th ... both performances broke school records, as did his 800m showing of 1:57.65 at the 2018 Russell Cup (where he earned second place) ... graduated as 2017-18 Prep League MVP.
Personal -- Chose Cal Poly because of the “awesome location and the combination of great athletics and academics” ... majoring in business.
