2022-23 -- Cross Country: During her redshirt junior season, helped the Cal Poly women raise their first Big West trophy since 2018 by placing 15th at the conference championships ... was the Mustangs' fourth finisher at NCAA West Regionals in her third appearance in the meet, grabbing 81st with a personal-best 6K time (20:42.0) ... won the open division race at the Bronco Invitational with a personal-best 5K time (17:48.8).
2021-22 -- Cross Country: Competed in all five meets as a redshirt sophomore with a top finish of 36th in Bronco Invitational with a 6K time of 21:33.2 ... also was 39th in Big West Championships and 49th in Stump Invitational. Indoor Track & Field: Did not compete in any meets. Outdoor: Finished first in the 1,500 at the UCSB Invitational … posted a PR of 4:26.05 in the 1,500 at the Bryan Clay Invitational … won the 800 at the Mustang Invitational with a season-best time of 2:09.94 … did not compete in the Big West Conference Championships.
2020-21 -- Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. Indoor Season: Cal Poly did not compete in any indoor meets due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Outdoor T&F: Earned pair of sixth-place finishes in Big West Conference Championships, timed in 2:11.80 in 800 and 4:30.47 in 1,500 ... established new personal-best time in 1,500 of 4:27.87 for second place in Cal Poly Blue-Green Rivalry Meet ... at Fresno State Invitational, placed second in 800 with new personal best effort of 2:08.55 ... placed first in 800 at Wildflower Invitational (2:10.07) and first in 1,500 at Cal Poly Four-Way Meet (4:28.27).
2019-20 -- Cross Country: Made her debut appearance at the Big West XC Championship, taking 29th place as a redshirt freshman at UC Riverside on Nov. 2 ... ran the 6k in 21:57.8 at the Conference Finals ... continued her postseason at the NCAA West Regional meet hosted by Washington State at Colfax on Nov. 15, when she took 143rd overall via 22:06.2 ... began the year with a seventh-place showing at UC Santa Barbara’s Lagoon Open on Aug. 31, helping the Mustangs earn an 18-41 Blue-Green Rivalry win over the Gauchos, thanks to her 5k effort of 18:49.5 ... regular season also included a 13th-place 6k performance of 21:02.5 at the Capital Challenge meet in Sacramento on Sept. 28 around the Arcade Creek venue, prior to a time of 22:57.9 at Wisconsin’s Under Armour Invitational on Zimmer Championship Course in Madison on Oct. 18. Indoor Season: Redshirted. Outdoor Track & Field: Spring 2020 season was canceled; however, retains year of eligibility moving forward.
2018-19 -- Track: Advanced to the Big West Championships in a pair of events as a true freshman, qualifying in the 1,500 meters (taking 19th at UCSB on May 10) and 5,000m (in her first attempt at the distance, running 18:19.24) ... top 1,500m performance of the season — 4:38.07 — came at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 19, good for 35th in the loaded field at Azusa Pacific ... earned a season-best 800m time, 2:18.38, at the UCSB Dual on April 27. Indoor T&F Season: Clocked a winter mile of 5:23.07 at the Arkansas Qualifier on the SEC+ Network Feb. 15. Cross Country: While redshirting her first fall, academically earned Big West Conference Commissioner’s Honors.
Prep -- Came in sixth place at the 2017 CIF Division 2 State Cross Country Championship as a Norwalk High School senior, with a 5k performance of 18:01.4 ... also in the fall of 2017, won the Suburban League title by covering the 3-mile Cerritos Regional Park course in a career-best 16:28.0 ... squad went a combined 9-0 in duals en route to a trio of consecutive league titles ... took eighth place in the 1,600-meter championships at the 2018 Southern Section Masters, with a PR of 4:51.21 (after winning the Suburban League title in 5:04.26) ... top 3,200m time — 10:46.86 — won the event for the Lancers at the 2018 Condor Invitational Distance Carnival, following another league championship at 11:10.34 ... also won the Suburban League crown for the 800m in 2018, going on to finish third at the Division 2 prelims with a career-best 2:13.19 ... graduated with Highest Honors, in addition to participating in Teen Alliance Program.
Personal -- Also visited Santa Barbara, UC Irvine, Cal State Fullerton and Biola University; chose Cal Poly because she “enjoyed the environment and people & teammates” ... majoring in psychology.
