2021-22 -- Cross Country: Competed in season-opening Stump Invitational, placing 83rd in a 6K time of 24:09.0. Indoor Track & Field: Did not compete in any meets. Outdoor: Competed in a pair of meets as a redshirt sophomore … ran a 4:56.46 in the 1,500 at the Cal Poly Open and a 11:12.52 in the 3,000 at the Mustang Invitational.
2020-21 -- Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. Indoor Season: Cal Poly did not compete in any indoor meets due to COVID-19 pandemic. Outdoor T&F: Competed in three meets as a redshirt freshman ... placed seventh in 1,500 at Cal Poly Four-Way Meet (5:26.69) and established new personal best with eighth-place finish in 1,500 at Cal Poly Blue-Green Rivalry Meet (5:18.70) ... also was 25th in Cal Poly Spring Break Challenge (5:24.79).
2019-20 -- Cross Country & Indoor T&F: Redshirted her first year at Cal Poly. Outdoor Track: Spring 2020 season was canceled; however, retains year of eligibility moving forward ... meanwhile, earned Conference Commissioner’s Honors academically.
Prep -- While a senior at Granada High School in Livermore, took third place at the 2018 CIF State Division 2 Cross Country Championship, with a 5k time of 17:47.8 at Woodward Park in Fresno ... on a 3-mile course, ran 16:24.3 at Silverlakes Sports Park in Norco, good for seventh at the 2018 Woodbridge Classic, en route to winning the North Coast Section title, via 17:22.8 in Hayward ... in track season for the Matadors, earned a 3,200-meter best of 10:34.34 in 2018, finishing third at the NCS Finals on the way to a ninth-place showing of 10:35.26 at the State Championship ... coached by Jeremy and Noel Mattern ... recorded a top 1,600m effort of 4:58.75 to take second at the 2017 East Bay Athletic League Championships ... helped lead her squad to EBAL championships from 2017-19 along with NCS crowns all four years with her on varsity ... was a Foot Locker Nationals qualifier, finishing 37th (in 19:18.1) at Morley Field at Balboa Park in 2018 after taking 10th at the regional meet (at 18:25.6) held at Mt. SAC ... in addition, was a principal’s honor roll student and Top Scholar recipient, while also participating in Robotics Club and Science Bowl.
Personal -- Majoring in mechanical engineering ... sister, Megan, is also a cross country student-athlete at MIT ... also visited Rice and Harvey Mudd; chose Cal Poly in part due to the “great location especially for running, great engineering program and great coaches” ... aspires to work in the mechanical engineering field.
