2019-20 -- Cross Country: For the second time in a three-year span, earned a top-20 finish at the Big West XC Championships, as she came in 19th place at the Conference Finals on Nov. 2 in Riverside, running the Ag. Ops. Course in 21:26.5 ... continued her postseason at the NCAA West Regionals in Colfax, Wash., just outside WSU on Nov. 15, taking 131st overall via 21:57.2 for the 6k ... began her fall helping to lead the Mustangs to an 18-41 Blue-Green Rivalry win over UC Santa Barbara on Aug. 31, placing sixth at the Gauchos’ Lagoon Open thanks to a 5k performance of 18:45.02 ... regular season also included a 36th-place overall 6k effort of 21:28.8 at the Capital Challenge held in Sacramento on Sept. 28, prior to a time of 22:23.7 at Wisconsin’s Under Armour Invitational in Madison Oct. 18. Track: Spring 2020 season was cancelled; however, retains year of eligibility moving forward.
2018-19 -- Track: Established new PRs at four different distances as a sophomore, including an 11th-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the Big West Championships on May 10, when she posted a time of 37:26.49 at UCSB ... returned to Pauley Track for the 5,000m Conference Final a day later, taking 18th place, via 17:38.71 ... her top 5,000m time — 17:21.46 — came in 15th at the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific on April 18 ... clocked a 3,000m PR of 10:08.97 at the dual vs. the Gauchos on April 27, good for third ... also had a 1,500m best of 4:41.68 at the home invite on March 23. Cross Country: Entered one meet during the fall, the Covert Classic hosted by Cal State Fullerton on Sept. 1; came in 76th overall at the Orange County invitational, covering 5k Carbon Canyon Park in 19 minutes, 25.1 seconds — was then approved for a hardship waiver for Fall 2018 by the NCAA.
2017-18 -- Track: Competed at three distances during her first spring as a Mustang: in the 1,500m, 3,000 & 5,000 ... top 3,000m performance — 10:16.52 — came at the Cal Opener in Berkeley on March 3 (good for fifth place) ... her 1,500m PR, 4:42.47, was recorded at the 36th annual Cal Poly Invitational on March 24 ... earned a 5,000m best of 17:41.63 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival March 30. Cross Country: Was one of two Mustangs to compete in all five meets during the fall ... helped Cal Poly take second place at the Big West Championships on Oct. 28 at UCR ... finished 16th individually at the conference meet as a true freshman, posting a 6k performance of 21:29.4 ... continued her postseason at the NCAA Regionals in Seattle on Nov. 10, coming in 123rd place at 21:56.1 ... began debut season helping to lead the Mustangs to a 22-37 win over UCSB at the Lagoon Open Sept. 2, when she recorded a 10th-place 5k of 18:50.29 ... then earned fifth at the Fresno XC Invite on Sept. 9 (in 18:15.3) before adding a 61st-place 6k (20:41.7) at the Oregon Invitational on Sept. 29.
Prep -- As a senior for Woodcreek High School in Roseville, finished 16th at the 2016 CIF Division 1 State Cross Country Championship, with a 5k time of 17:58.8 ... in track season, ran the 1,600 meters in 4:59.98 to take third place at the 2017 Sac-Joaquin D1 finals, and the 3,200m in 10:42.88 to finish second at the Sacramento Meet of Champions ... helped lead the Timberwolves to a trio of Sierra Foothill League cross country titles in 2013, 2014 and 2016 ... also was a National Honor Society student and belonged to the California Scholarship Federation.
Personal -- Also visited UC San Diego; chose Cal Poly because of the “great environment, team & academics” ... majors in Kinesiology.
