Philip Liu is a third-year business administration major, concentrating in Accounting and Information Systems, and is serving his first season as a student manager for the Cal Poly Baseball program.
Liu is a graduate of Dougherty Valley High School in San Ramon, Calif., where he played baseball all four years as an infielder. He was named second-team All-East Bay Athletic League (EBAL), finishing his senior season with a .390 batting average and a .505 on-base percentage in 101 plate appearances.
Philip's parents are Perry and Cynthia and he has one sister, Caitlyn.
