2016 -- Appeared in 14 games with three starts as a junior ... posted 3-1 record and 5.85 ERA with 26 strikeouts over 32 1/3 innings ... was Saturday starter for first three weeks of season before being moved to the bullpen ... dropped ERA from 9.17 in mid-March to final 5.85 mark ... wins were against Pacific on Feb. 20, SU Bakersfield on May 17 and UC Davis on May 28 ... also earned one save against UC Irvine on May 13 (three scoreless innings) ... career-high eight strikeouts against Pacific ... did not play summer ball.
2015 -- Compiled 1-1 record and 6.27 ERA as a sophomore ... 10 appearances on the mound, including three starts ... struck out 10 batters in 18 2/3 innings ... was 0-1 with a 9.82 ERA as a starter and 1-0 with a 1.17 ERA in relief ... played summer ball for Corvallis Knights in West Coast Collegiate League, posting 2-1 record and 2.56 ERA with 37 strikeouts in 45 2/3 innings ... seven starts and two relief appearances ... earned Knights' top pitcher award and All-West Coast League honorable mention praise ... invited to West Coast League All-Star Game.
2014 -- As a true freshman, was Cal Poly's Saturday starter to open the year ... finished with 3-2 record and 6.20 ERA, striking out 34 batters in 49 1/3 innings ... opened his collegiate career with 6 1/3 strong innings against Kansas State, allowing one run and two hits with seven strikeouts ... followed that with a complete-game two-hit shutout against then-defending national champion UCLA, also striking out seven ... pitched 6 1/3 innings with six strikeouts in no-decision against Bakersfield ... tossed five innings, allowing one run and five hits, for win vs. San Jose State ... did not play summer ball.
High School -- Compiled 11-2 record and 1.34 ERA as a senior under head coach Chris Greene at Carlsbad High School ... 90 strikeouts and just 10 walks in 78 1/3 innings ... seven complete games, including five shutouts ... earned Avocado West League Pitcher of the Year honors ... also was first-team all-league and first-team All-CIF-San Diego Section ... hit .238 with four doubles, a home run and six RBI ... played first base and third base when not on the mound ...
