2021 -- Slowed by injury, Villalobos pitched in just nine games, all in relief, compiling 1-0 record and 3.00 ERA ... struck out 15 batters over 12 innings and held opponents to a .214 batting average ... earned victory against UCLA with two scoreless innings in relief, striking out three ... also pitched three innings, allowing one run and three hits, versus USC ... did not pitch in final seven weeks of season and did not play summer ball.
2020 -- Made team-leading eight appearances on the mound as a junior, six in relief and two in starts against BYU and Santa Clara ... 0-1 record and 11.32 ERA ... opened season with two scoreless hitless innings, striking out two, for save against Connecticut in MLB4 Tournament at Scottsdale, Ariz. ... suffered loss versus BYU ... 10 strikeouts over 10 1/3 innings for season ... did not play summer ball.
2019 -- As a sophomore made 21 appearances on the mound, all in relief ... 1-3 win-loss record and 5.79 ERA with one save ... 32 strikeouts over 28 innings ... earned the win Feb. 19 at CSU Bakersfield with 3 2/3 scoreless, hitless innings and five strikeouts ... notched save, also versus CSU Bakersfield, on Feb. 26 with four scoreless innings and career-high seven strikeouts ... did not allow an earned run in first five appearances on the mound and ERA was at 2.45 in early April ... posted 3.75 ERA in day games and 7.31 at night ... played summer ball for Eau Claire Express in Northwoods League ... pitched in just two games with 10 strikeouts over six innings.
2018 -- Pitched in five games, including one start versus Santa Clara on May 1 ... no record and a 16.20 ERA ... tossed 3 1/3 innings ... struck out three over 1 1/3 innings in final appearance of season versus Pepperdine on May 15 ... did not play summer ball.
High School -- A four-year varsity starter under head coaches Pat Tellers and Rich Codding at Sonora High School in La Habra ... as a senior compiled 3-0 win-loss record and 1.20 ERA with five saves ... 14 appearances on the mound with four starts ... also hit .322 with five doubles, one triple, a pair of home runs and 15 RBI ... led Raiders to 19-12 overall mark, second-place finish in Freeway League and into the second round of the CIF-Southern Section Division 4 playoffs ... as a junior was 4-6 with a 1.82 ERA and also hit .352 with three doubles, two triples and 12 RBI ... was 1-0 with a 1.62 ERA as a sophomore and hit .351 with three doubles and 14 RBI ... in varsity career was 8-6 with a 1.61 ERA, striking out 119 batters over 121 2/3 innings, and hit .342 with 11 doubles, three triples, a pair of home runs and 41 RBI ... helped Raiders to league titles in 2014 and 2015.
