Connor Named Semifinalist for AVCA Player of the Year

Connor has a 25-5 record this season playing at the No. 1 spot in the lineup with Erin Inskeep. Together, they have been named Big West Pair of the Week three times this season. They have 11 wins over pairs from ranked teams.
Earlier this season, Connor both surpassed 100 career victories and became the program’s all-time leader in career wins. She is a two-time AVCA All-American, three-time All-Big West honoree, and a two-time AVCA Top Flight honoree.
Cal Poly closes the regular season this weekend with one more event up in Palo Alto at Stanford, April 17-18. Friday, the No. 6 Mustangs will take on San Jose State at 9 a.m. and No. 2 Stanford at 1 p.m. Then on Saturday, they will face Pepperdine at 9 a.m. and No. 7 Cal at 11 a.m.
