Cal Poly Baseball Series Finale Against CSUB Postponed to Monday

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - Due to persistent rain in the San Luis Obispo area, Cal Poly baseball has moved its third and final game against Cal State Bakersfield to Monday, April 15 with 3:00 p.m. as the start time. The Mustangs (19-14, 10-4 BW) are looking to win their fifth consecutive conference series over the upstart Roadrunners (11-23, 6-8 BW).
On Friday, also a revised day of baseball due to weather, Cal Poly and CSUB split a doubleheader. Ryan Stafford set a new personal single-game career high 5 RBIs in the opening 7-2 win. With the change in schedule again, the Mustangs have a packed week ahead as they host Bakersfield tomorrow then have a non-conference midweek contest against Santa Clara, all before traveling across the Pacific for a series against Hawai'i.
