2018-19 -- Track: Specialized in the 3,000 meters, highlighted by a season-best time of 10:32.46 at the 37th annual Cal Poly #ShareSLO Invitational on March 23, earning third place at home ... during the winter, added an indoor 3,000m performance of 10:40.21 at the Arkansas Qualifier on the SEC+ Network on Feb. 15 ... also recorded a 10:40.26 at the Blue-Green Rivalry Dual at UC Santa Barbara April 27 ... in addition, earned a second consecutive selection to the Big West All-Academic Team, along with 2019 Conference Commissioner’s Highest Honors academically. Cross Country: Competed at the first two meets of the season, opening with a 5k of 20:01.7 at Cal State Fullerton’s Covert Classic on Sept. 1 ... two weeks later, followed up by taking more than a minute-&-a-half off her initial 5k performance, bettering to 18:14.8 at UCSB’s Lagoon Open Sept. 15 (good for 24th place).

2017-18 -- Track: Posted a season-best 3,000-meter performance of 10:36.70 at UCSB’s Tri-Meet on March 10, earning 10th place (also against UC Riverside) ... added a 3,000 time of 10:39.97 at UCLA’s Invitational on April 14 ... top 1,500m time, 4:56.36, came at the #ShareSLO Invite on March 24 ... had a 5,000m effort of 18:44.31 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival March 30 ... also earned a spot on the Big West Conference All-Academic Team. Cross Country: While redshirting, earned Big West Commissioner’s Honors academically.

2016-17 -- Track: Ran three distances during her first spring as a Mustang ... season-bests were 4:53.84 in the 1,500 meters (at the Cal Poly Invitational on March 25), 10:29.81 for the 3,000m (at the Bulldog Invite in Clovis on April 22) and 18:06.37 in the 5,000m (at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on March 31) ... academically, made the Big West Conference Commissioner’s Honors List. Cross Country: Competed in three meets unattached ... opened the fall with an 18th-place 5k time of 18:47.04 at the Lagoon Open around UCSB on Sept. 3 ... added a 6k performance of 23:31.3 at the Stanford Invite on Oct. 1, before closing the season with another 5k, recording a 19:37.5 (eighth place) at the Cal Poly Invite hosted at Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo on Oct. 15.

Prep -- As a senior at St. Francis High School in Sacramento, finished 28th in Division 1 at the 2015 CIF State Cross Country Championship Meet, running the Woodward Park 5k in Fresno in 18 minutes, 25.9 seconds ... in track, came in ninth place in the 1,600 meters at the 2016 Sac-Joaquin Section Championships, with a PR of 5:07.26 ... helped lead the Troubadours to undefeated dual-meet records every season with coaches John DuCray and Aaron Rios, including a combined three Delta League championships and a third-place divisional finish (in 2014) ... other PRs included 2:22.67 in the 800m and 11:37.35 for the 3,200m ... was an all-conference cross country runner in each of her final two falls ... also was an honor roll student every term, participated in orchestra and was a California Scholarship Federation tutor, as well as a school ambassador ... also visited Santa Clara; ultimately chose Cal Poly because of “the amazing academic and athletic programs, beautiful location and great overall college environment.”

Personal -- Daughter of Chad and Stacey, each of whom are Sacramento State alumni and former Hornet distance runners ... has a brother, Miles ... majors in Psychology and aspires to be a sports psychologist.
