2018-19 -- Cross Country: Earned his third-straight championship ring, helping to lead the Mustangs to the conference title in Brea on Oct. 27 with 32 points ... clocked an 8k performance of 24 minutes, 57.3 seconds at Carbon Canyon Park, taking 11th place individually at the Big West Finals as Cal Poly completed a rare three-peat ... earlier in the fall, came in 32nd place via 25:06.7 at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 29, before adding a 109th-place time of 25:07.9 at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals in Madison Oct. 13 ... began the season also leading the squad to back-to-back team wins at the Covert Classic hosted by Fullerton (finishing 26th on Sept. 1, in 25:32.9) and then UC Santa Barbara’s Lagoon Open (recording a 25:44.6 on Sept. 15, tallying 18th place) ... once again earned Big West All-Academic Team status along with Conference Commissioner’s Highest Honors.

2017-18 -- Track: Advanced to the Big West Championships for two events: the 1,500 meters (in which he was 12th at CSUN on May 12, with a time of 4:00.96) as well as the 5,000m (DNF) ... earned a 1,500m PR of 3:51.00 (good for fourth) at the 36th annual Cal Poly ShareSLO Invitational on March 24 ... added a 14th-place 3:52.22 at the Mt. SAC Relays April 20 in Torrance ... again made the Big West All-Academic Team in addition to garnering Conference Commissioner’s Highest Honors. Cross Country: Helped lead the Mustangs to the Big West title on Oct. 28 in Riverside, as he finished 15th at the Conference Championships, posting an 8k performance of 25:00.5 while Cal Poly won the trophy with 29 points ... continued postseason at the NCAA West Regional in Seattle on Nov. 10 with a 96th-place 10k of 31:30.2 ... began fall with a 12th-place meet of 26:09.20 at the Blue-Green Rivalry Dual vs. UCSB on Sept. 2, as the Mustangs dominated the Lagoon Open 17-44 ... took fourth place at the Fresno XC Invitational on Sept. 9 via a 4-mile performance of 20:51.1, before adding a 56th-place 24:33.2 at the Oregon Invitational on Sept. 29, in 24:33.2 ... was selected as Cal Poly’s male Big West Scholar-Athlete of the Year — making him one of only 18 individuals among almost 2,500 student-athletes throughout the conference to be so honored at the banquet at Wyndham Hotel in Garden Grove on March 8.

2016-17 -- Track: Ran a career-best 3:53.61 in the 1,500 meters at the dual meet vs. UCSB on April 29, taking second place while helping the Mustangs pick up a 110-88 team win over the Gauchos ... went on to finish sixth in the 1,500m final at the Big West Conference Championships on May 13 hosted by Cal State Fullerton, in 3:59.00 ... also posted a PR in the 5,000 meters — 14:58.54 — at the Long Beach State Invitational on April 14, finishing seventh ... again earned Big West All-Academic status, in addition to being selected for conference commissioner’s Highest Honors academically. Cross Country: Began his redshirt freshman season by taking 17th place at the Lagoon Open around UCSB on Sept. 3, with an 8k time of 25:42.78 to help the Mustangs earn a 19-40 victory ... came in 90th place at the UCR Invite on Sept. 17 (at 25:39.5), 83rd at the Stanford Invitational on Oct. 1 (25:26.6) and eighth at the Cal Poly Invitational hosted at Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo on Oct. 15 (28:34.0) ... in addition to making the Big West All-Academic Team, earned conference commissioner’s Highest Honors for academics.

2015-16 -- Track: Specializing in the mid-distance races as a true freshman, finished 20th in the 1,500 meters at the Big West Conference Championships on May 13 at LBSU, with a time of 4:11.98; his season-best performance, 3:55.52, came on April 23 at the Bulldog Invitational in Clovis (where he was third) ... also recorded an 800m time of 1:56.25 at the Big West Double Dual at UC Riverside on March 12. Cross Country: Competing unattached, finished 12th at the Cal Poly Invitational on Oct. 17, with an 8k time of 28:10.5.

Prep -- At La Costa Canyon High School in Carlsbad, ran a 1,600-meter PR of 4:11.92 before going on to finish 11th at the CIF State Championships ... was the 2015 San Diego Section champion in the race ... also set a school record in the 800m, at 1:55.7 ... took 40th place at the state cross country meet for Division 2 as a senior, at 15:54 for the 5k.

Personal -- Sister Tori also attended Cal Poly ... chose Cal Poly because of the “great engineering program, the awesome location and the opportunity to compete in Division I cross country and track” ... majors in Biological Sciences.
