2018-19 -- Cross Country: Won the Big West individual championship on Oct. 27, earning the medalist plaque with a victorious 6k performance of 21:23.1 at Carbon Canyon Park in Brea ... while crossing first at the Conference Finals, also led the Mustangs to the team trophy upon scoring 33 points ... went on to advance to the NCAA Championships in Wisconsin thanks to her All-Regional honors-earning 18th-place finish at the Western Championships in Sacramento on Nov. 9 (via 20:10.3) ... at the National Finals in Madison, came in 112th place, covering the Badgers’ Zimmer Championship Course in 21:09.5 ... regular season started with a win at Cal State Fullerton’s Covert Classic on Sept. 1, when she clocked a 5k of 17:45.7 ... tallied another team-best finish (11th) at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 29 (at 21:17.8 for a 6k), before adding a 61st-place time of 21:24.1 at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals Oct. 13 ... named 2018 Big West Athlete of the Year after collecting conference athlete-of-the-week awards on both Sept. 4 and Oct. 2 ... in addition to making the Big West All-Academic Team, also garnered USTFCCCA Scholar-Athlete accolades and was selected as Cal Poly’s overall 2019 Big West Scholar-Athlete of the Year (becoming one of 18 combined individuals from the conference’s 2,500 student-athletes selected to be honored at the annual March banquet in Anaheim).

2017-18 -- Track: Made the All-Big West Conference Team in two events, as she finished third in the 10,000-meter championship on May 11 with a time of 37:11.15, before returning to CSUN a day later to almost win the 5,000m title, taking second place via a performance of 16:48.88 ... added an eighth-place 5,000m effort of 17:01.41 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on March 30 ... top 1,500m time — 4:35.40 — earned second at the Blue-Green Rivalry Dual at UC Santa Barbara on April 28 ... again earned Big West Commissioner’s Highest Honors academically. Cross Country: Almost won the Big West individual title on Oct. 28, taking second place at the conference championships with a 6k time of 20:26.8 at UC Riverside ... led the Mustangs to a score of 47 points, just two back of the team championship ... opened fall leading Cal Poly to a 22-37 rivalry win at UCSB’s Lagoon Open on Sept. 2, clocking a 5k performance of 17:58.92 ... also paced the squad at Oregon’s Invitational on Sept. 29 (via a 6k of 19:51.6), placing 24th ... academically, earned Big West Conference Commissioner’s Highest Honors.

Cuesta College -- In cross country for the Cougars, won the 2016 California Community College Athletics Association state championship with a 5k time of 17:52.6 — the program’s fastest performance at the meet since 1996 ... in track season, ran the 3,000 meters in a school-record 9:55.72 (earning second place at the 2017 Cal State L.A. Invitational), the 5,000m in 16:50.95 — another school record (taking 15th at the 2017 Mt. SAC Relays, before going on to win the CCCAA state title), and the 1,500m in 4:33.18 (16th at the 2017 Beach Invitational) ... went undefeated in cross country in 2016 (also including the Oxnard and Fresno Invitationals, in addition to the Western State Conference and SoCal Regional meets) ... also was a 2016 WSC All-Academic honoree, and earned Cuesta’s Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award in 2017.

Prep -- Graduated from Atascadero High School in 2015 ... PRs included 19:58 in cross country, 5:19 for the 1,600 meters, and 2:27 for the 800m ... also belonged to the Optimist Club and interned at San Luis Obispo County Wellness Center.

Personal -- Also visited UCSB and Chico State; chose Cal Poly because it was where she grew up ... majors in Psychology, with aspirations to attend grad school.
