Fly Angler’s Escape
A full day of professionally guided fly fishing in our beautiful local waters for four people, including lunch. Your professional, licensed guide, Dagur Gudmundsson, has been fly fishing California’s Central Coast for many years. Now a resident of San Luis Obispo he loves to guide his customers in the many lakes, streams and coastal waters in our beautiful San Luis Obispo area.
The winner of this live auction item will receive four custom made fly rods by Rich Nominni of “Custom Fly Rod’s” Napa, CA. Rich is a 1975 Cal Poly graduate and has been building fly rod’s for over 40 years. All fly rods are 5/6wt. 4pc. 9’ & 10’, one of a kind, and come complete with a balanced fly reel loaded with 20lb. backing and a floating 6wt. fly line. Each rod comes with its own carrying case.

The gorgeous and unique Thousand Hills Ranch in Pismo Beach is opening their breathtaking venue for your exclusive use. This rustic yet elegant venue offers a stunning backdrop of rolling hills, lush vineyards, and stunning sunsets that will provide the perfect ambiance for a beautiful celebration of up to 300 guests. Dig a little deeper and you will find the services of Andy Morris Entertainment included, and $600 in services for Pourfection Mobile Bartenders. Included are tables, chairs, and space heaters. Dates book quickly, so arrangements must be made ASAP. Currently booking for late 2025 and 2026. There are a maximum of 300 guests. The winner must provide a separate Insurance policy and a refundable cleaning deposit for the event. A separate use contract with Thousand Hills Ranch Events will be required with a full list of the terms and conditions.

Perfezione : A Week Escape for Ten in Tuscany
Enjoy a seven-day, six-night stay at La Malpensatina, a 400-year-old stone farmhouse located just outside the hill town of Radda-in-Chianti in the heart of Tuscany. The restored 400-year-old home offers five bedrooms (one king suite, two bedrooms with a full or queen size bed, and two bedrooms each with two twin beds) and four full baths. Signed and Framed Ozzie Smith Jersey
Nicknamed “the Wizard of Oz”, Smith was drafted out of Cal Poly by the San Diego Padres in 1977 in the fourth round. A perennial All-Star with the St. Louis Cardinals, he won the national league Gold Gove Award for defensive play at shortstop for 13 consecutive seasons, accumulated 2,460 hits and 580 stolen bases, and won the National League Silver Slugger Award as the best hitter at shortstop in 1987. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility in 2002.

1. Your bid number is provided at registration and it identifies your name.
2. Cal Poly has endeavored to describe items correctly, and all items sold are "as is'"' without further warrants of correctness, warranty,· and condition of the property. Please be aware that most items have restrictions, limitations, expiration dates, and mutually agreed upon terms. Restrictions are either: stipulated in the catalog and/or on the certificate; all are binding. If a specific expiration is not stated, the purchaser muds assume that the certificate will expire no later than one year from issue date. It is the bidders responsibility to know and honor these restrictions while bidding and acknowledge that changes cannot be expected.
3. Your signature on a bid form constitutes a legal contract to buy.
4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL EXPIRATION DATES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, DISCOUNTS, OR DEADLINE EXTENSIONS WILL BE MADE.
5. All auction items must be claimed. and removed from the premises by the successful bidder on the evening of the event unless prior arrangements are made with Cal, Poly Athletics.
6. We gladly accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards (Discover, Master Card, Visa, American Express) Please make checks payable to Cal Poly Athletics.
7. You are welcome to personally complete your sales transaction at the cashier/ checkout station after you have completed your bidding for the evening. The checkout station will open at 9:15 pm.
8. All experiences sold at the auction are to be undertaken at the sole risk of the purchaser. Cal Poly shall not be liable or responsible for lo•, injury or damage to or in the respect of any person or property, however caused or arising.
9. Cal Poly Athletics is not responsible for travel arrangements.
10. All items subject to appropriate sales tax.
Silent Auction Rules
1. Bids must be written on the provided bid sheet complete with bidder number end desired bid amount.
2. Table closing times are final. No bids will be accepted after the auctioneer declaration. Guests in the process of writing may complete the bid. Winning bids will be circled.
3. In the event of a dispute, the Athletic Advancement office will make the final decision.
4. Auction bid sheets may not be removed from the table.

When you wish to bid on an item, please wave your bid card with your number visible to the auctioneer and/ or spotters. Should you become the successful bidder, please wait for an auction host to deliver a sales slip confirming your bid number and bid amount. Your signature constitutes a legal contract to buy.
