High School -- Rowe caught 42 passes for 699 yards and six touchdowns as a senior under head coach Roddy Hiatt at Salesian High School in Los Angeles. His season high for receptions was eight against both Bishop Montgomery and Maranatha. Rowe, who also notched 10 tackles and an interception on defense, helped the Mustangs to a 10-3 overall record, first place in the Santa Fe League and a semifinal spot in the CIF-Southern Section Northeast Division playoffs. Rowe earned first-team All-Santa Fe League honors and was a first-team all-league small schools selection in both football and basketball. He was football team MVP in 2011. Selected to play in the Catholic Literacy All-Star Game, Rowe also lettered in track and field and was the Santa Fe League 400-meter champion. Rowe was a member of the school's Honor Roll and National Honor Society. He has performed local community service and volunteering.
