2013: Made 12 starts, mostly at first base, in freshman season and played in three other contests ... a .200 hitter with one double, one triple and four RBI ... just one error in 92 fielding chances ... double was against Holy Cross on March 6 in one of his pair of two-hit games of season ... tripled against Bakersfield on April 9 ... knocked in two runs and scored twice in Holy Cross game ... went 5-for-13 during midseason four-game hitting streak ... hit .263 in night games ... played summer ball for East Texas Pump Jacks in Texas Collegiate League, hitting .278 with six doubles, two home runs, 20 RBI and eight steals ... produced 10-game hitting streak, going 16-for-42 (.381) with 11 RBI and lifting his average 72 points.
