Sophomore first baseman Hailey Martin’s two-run homer in the top of the sixth inning provided the difference for the Cal Poly softball program Saturday afternoon as the Mustangs closed a doubleheader at the Cal State Fullerton-hosted Judi Garman Classic with a 3-2, come-from-behind victory versus Iowa. The Mustangs, however, settled for a Saturday split after dropping their opener to No. 25 Michigan in five innings, 11-3.
